  11. Provide 1 Tsp of garam masala.
  12. Get 1 Tsp of red chilli powder.
  13. You need as per taste of Salt.
  14. You need Pinch of asafoetida.

  16. Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Cumin seeds.
  17. Take 2 Tbsp of Oil.
  18. Provide 1 Tsp of sugar.

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add some cumin, hing, green chillies & saute it. Now add onion and fry for 2 min. Then add tomato with salt and cook it for 1 min..
  2. Now add all masale with sugar and 1/2 cup water and cook for 3-4 min at medium flame. After that mess the chutney little bit with a masher.
  3. Serve with chopped Coriander and kasoori methi..
